Reuters reported that "Germany plans to sell more than two million H1N1 vaccinations abroad due to weak domestic demand, the country's health ministry said on Tuesday. Only about five percent of the public has been vaccinated, according to Health Minister Philip Roesler. Only about 15 percent of medical professionals in Germany have been vaccinated. Regional states in Germany started the vaccination program on October 26. Swine flu deaths so far stand at 86 in Germany." And, most of those had other health issues--hardly an epidemic.

Vitamin D can slow cancer progression, study concludes a recent study conducted by The Mayo Clinic suggests a strong link between vitamin D levels and cancer progression in lymphoma patients. Researchers studied 374 patients who were recently diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, half of whom had insufficient levels of vitamin D. Patients who were deficient in the vitamin had a 50 percent greater risk of cancer progression and a two-fold greater risk of death compared to those with optimal levels of the compound.

Danish and Swedish newspapers say they have evidence that there has been collusion between vaccine manufacturers and the World Health Organization (WHO) intent on fomenting a phony swine flu epidemic that would, in turn, accrue massive profits for the Big Pharmaceutical companies that make flu vaccines.

Worldnetdaily.com reports that the Danish and Swedish articles confirm that "'Many of the apparently impartial researchers the WHO uses, however, are paid by the companies that produce vaccines.' One expert in a WHO H1N1 advisory group, Dr. Albert Osterhaus, has been subject to a Dutch government investigation. The government convened a crisis meeting after an article in Science magazine indicated that Osterhaus has financial interests in several pharmaceutical companies. Osterhaus, known as 'Dr. Flu,' is the head of the department of virology at the Erasmus MC, University of Rotterdam. According to a European Commission Research website, Osterhaus is co-founder of two biotech companies and promotes vaccines as solutions for pandemics...."

The swine flu scare is turning out to be just as "bad" as Global Warming--far less severe than predicted. Even the establishment rag USA TODAY had to admit as much, though the data they trotted out was still grossly distorted. "A team of researchers from the USA and Britain on Monday dramatically scaled back estimates of the severity of the swine flu epidemic. The analysis suggests that the death rate from the current wave of H1N1 flu cases probably will fall in a range that extends from far lower to slightly higher than the estimate of 36,000 deaths caused by seasonal flu in a typical year."

"Lead author Marc Lipsitch of the Harvard School of Public Health says that 'At the low end, the estimates suggest that for every 10% of the population to develop flu symptoms, there will be 1,500 to 2,700 deaths, 6,600 to 11,000 people in intensive care, and 36,000 to 78,000 hospitalizations. At the high end, for the same percentage of the population, swine flu could cause 7,800 to 29,000 deaths, 40,000 to 140,000 people needing intensive care, and 250,000 to 790,000 hospitalizations [still way too high an estimate]. The calculations represent a marked reduction from an August report by the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. That report proposed a 'plausible' death toll that could fall anywhere between 30,000 and 90,000. Lipsitch, who worked on the August report, says the earlier estimate was based on 'limited data.'" Nonsense. It was fudged data, and now these establishment hacks are having to cover for their manipulations by downplaying the swine flu non-event we are experiencing.

While the EPA declares the gas that we exhale to be a deadly poison, as protesters at Copenhagen decry the suffering of polar bears as their population figures increase to record levels, and as delegates in the Danish capital warn of the dastardly peril of cows farting, a New York Times report confirming that U.S. drinking water contains dangerous levels of arsenic, uranium and other radioactive substances barely gets noticed.

Furthermore, the new study shows that the Environmental Protection Agency knew that water systems all over the United States were contaminated with dangerous levels of numerous toxic substances, yet failed to punish the vast majority of water authorities involved.

Since the environmental movement was completely hijacked by globalists hell bent on world government and devastating carbon taxes, real environmental problems have been swept aside as the contrived scam of man-made global warming swallows up all the attention.

Our drinking water is contaminated with toxic waste, our food supply is poisoned by genetically modified garbage, and our consumer products are laced with cancer-causing chemicals, but who cares right? Surely all this pales in comparison to the effort to stop the world warming by a percentage of a degree over the next 100 years?

While Zhu Zhu pets have not faced a Consumer Product Safety Commission recall, a report from GoodGuide.com says they contain antimony, a toxic metal known as a carcinogen. The federal limit for antimony in products is 60 parts per million, while the Zhu Zhu has 93 parts per million in the fur and 103 in the nose.

The article is in the Marble Falls, Texas newspaper. It was written by our former county judge, David Kithil. He voiced his opposition to HB 3200, and gave EXACT SPECIFICS, to include page and paragraph in the bill on why this Health Bill is BAD.

I [the originator of this story] called Thomas Edwards, Editor of the River Cities Tribune, to get legal permission to quote David Kithil’s comments. He gave me that permission, so I can quote him. Here are excerpts from the article, giving EXACT pages and paragraphs in the bill and why it is so bad. You can forward this to all of your addressees. I think he hits everything right on the head and the opposition you may encounter cannot argue over these points:

JUDGE KITHIL: “I have reviewed selected sections of the bill and find it unbelievable that our Congress, led by Speaker Nancy Pelosi, could come up with a bill loaded with so many wrong-headed elements. We do need to reform the health insurance system in America in order to make coverage affordable and available to everyone. But, how many of us believe our federal government can manage a new program any better than the bankrupt Medicare program or the underfunded Social Security program? Both Republicans and Democrats are equally responsible for the financial mess of those two programs. I am opposed to HB 3200 for a number of reasons. To start with, it is estimated that a federal bureaucracy of more than 150,000 new employees will be required to administer HB3200. That is an unacceptable expansion of a government that is already too intrusive in our lives. If we are going to hire 150,000 new employees, let’s put them to work protecting our borders, fighting the massive drug problem and putting more law enforcement/firefighters out there.”

NOW, here comes the good stuff: “Other problems I have with this bill include:

“Page 50/section 152: The bill will provide insurance to all non-U.S. residents, even if they are here
illegally.
“Page 58 and 59: The government will have real-time access to an individual’s bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts.
“Page 65/section 164: The plan will be subsidized (by the government) for all union members, union retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN).
“Page 203/line 14-15: The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax. (How could anybody in their right mind come up with that?)
“Page 241 and 253: Doctors will all be paid the same regardless of specialty, and the government will set all doctors’ fees.
“Page 272. section 1145: Cancer hospital will ration care according to the patient’s age.
“Page 317 and 321: The government will impose a prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communities may petition for an exception.
“Page 425, line 4-12: The government mandates advance-care planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be required to attend an “end-of-life planning” seminar every five years.
“Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify which doctors can write an end-of-life order.”

HAD ENOUGH????
Judge Kithil then goes on: “Finally, it is specifically stated this bill WILL NOT apply to members of Congress. Members of Congress are already exempt from the Social Security system and have a well-funded private plan that covers their retirement needs. If they were on our Social Security plan, I believe they would find a very quick ‘fix’ to make the plan financially sound for the future.”

A study released Wednesday which found that nine of 10 babies tested were born with bisphenol A in their systems has renewed calls for the chemical to be banned.

In the study commissioned by the Environmental Working Group, scientists found the chemical in nine of 10 randomly selected samples of umbilical cord blood.

Previous studies have found BPA in the urine of 93% of Americans tested. But Wednesday's study is the first to find it in the cord blood of U.S. newborns.

"It's alarming," Janet Gray, director of the Environmental Risks and Breast Cancer project at Vassar College, said of the study results. "What more evidence do we need to act?"

More than 6 billion pounds of BPA are used each year to make polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resins. The chemical is used in thousands of common products, including the lining of nearly all food and beverage cans and as coating for carbonless paper receipts.

BPA, which was developed as a synthetic estrogen, has been linked to breast and prostate cancer, cognitive and behavioral problems, reproductive failures, heart disease, diabetes, asthma and obesity.

Scientists and health advocates have called for the chemical to be banned but the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has declared it to be safe for all uses - though that decision, based on two studies paid for by the chemical industry, is being reviewed.

"I'm sure those of you who aren't in the cattle business don't understand the issues here. But to those of us whose living depends on the cattle market, selling cattle, raising the best beef possible... This is frustrating.

"This will keep us from ever stopping there again, even for a drink. The original message is from the Texas Cattle Feeders Association American cattle producers are very passionate about this.

"McDonald's claims that there is not enough beef in the USA to support their restaurants. Well, we know that is not so. Our opinion is they are looking to save money at our expense. The sad thing of it is that the people of the USA are the ones who made McDonald's successful in the first place, but we are not good enough to provide beef.

"We personally are no longer eating at McDonald's, which I am sure does not make an impact, but if we pass this around maybe there will be an impact felt.

"All Americans that sell cows at a livestock auction barn had to sign a paper stating that we do NOT EVER feed our cows any part of another cow. South Americans are not required to do this as of yet.

"McDonald's has announced that they are going to start importing much of their beef from South America. The problem is that South Americans aren't under the same regulations as American beef producers, and the regulations they have are loosely controlled.

"They can spray numerous pesticides on their pastures that have been banned here at home because of residues found in the beef. They can also use various hormones and growth regulators that we can't. The American public needs to be aware of this problem and that they may be putting themselves at risk from now on by eating at good old McDonald's..

"American ranchers raise the highest quality beef in the world and this is what Americans deserve to eat. Not beef from countries where quality is loosely controlled. Therefore, I am proposing a boycott of McDonald's until they see the light.

"I'm sorry but everything is not always about the bottom line, and when it comes to jeopardizing my family's health, that is where I draw the line."

(At this point Dr. David Forrest suggests sending this out to at least 10 people, who will duplicate the effort, etc.) Then he continues:

"I'll bet you didn't think you and I had that much potential, did you? Acting together we can make a difference. If this makes sense to you, please pass this message on..."
